The financial health of a company is critical for a variety of dimensions. Strength financially creates more strategic options for a company. Investments in new programs, initiatives, and people can be made. Individually, we benefit through salaries and bonuses, and fulfillment through professional advancement.

Our purpose for this workshop is to:

  • Create a foundation of the finance building blocks and common language.
  • Illustrate the key business actions and decisions which create value (profit and cash flow)
  • Reflect on content, discussion, and activities to add key perspectives to core responsibilities
