Networking is recognized as an essential career-related activity - to secure positions, to gather information, and to build relationships, enabling professionals to advance within organizations. Our purpose for this workshop is to identify the core elements of networking to build, expand, and sustain relationships, with the focus on career advancement. This is valuable in the context of rotational programs where there are specific opportunities for networking, particularly to sourcing new roles within the program, at completion - and beyond.
